February 2009 — "We found the staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to ensure we all had the right equipment sized and suited to our skiing/boarding levels. The staff also were very helpful in finding different style and make of boots when my wife had problems with the comfort of her initial boots. We were so impressed last year that we went back this year and were not disappointed. Highly recommended."

January 2007 — "The instructions to reserve equipment states press "submit" however I cannot see a "submit" box, only a "reserve now" box? This selection then did not take me back to the home screen as per the instructions. Not sure if my booking worked so have had to e:mail snowtips for an answer."
